An experienced executive in building companies that serve retailers and marketers, Ann is at the helm, responsible for inStream’s overall strategy. Prior to joining inStream she served as Chief Strategy Officer for Vertis Corporation, a leader in print advertising and direct marketing, where she led North American sales, marketing, acquisitions and long term planning. Ann also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at News America Marketing to whom she sold Consumer Card Marketing, Inc., a leading international loyalty-marketing firm with an expertise in database marketing and CRM, which she co-founded. In addition, Ann has held senior management positions at Shawmut National Corporation, the Gillette Company, HP Hood, and Stop & Shop Supermarkets. She holds a BA and MBA from Michigan State.

Bob is our hands-on technical leader who brings more than 25 years of experience in infrastructure software, mobile applications, and Internet technology to inStream. Prior to joining our team, Bob served as VP Engineering and CTO of PatientKeeper where he led development teams in designing and developing best-in-class physician information systems, from initial product architecture and development to successful nationwide implementation. He has also held senior technology positions at HighPoint Systems and Vicinity Corporation. Bob holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences and Computer Science from Dartmouth College.

Tom leads our business development efforts as SVP of Sales. A proven leader with 20 years of leadership in sales and marketing management, Tom manages inStream’s OTC Pharma and Consumer Package Goods sectors along with several of our national retailer partner relationships. Prior to joining inStream Tom held sales and management positions of leadership with PromoWorks, News America Marketing, Health Resource Publishing, ADVO, and E&J Gallo Wine. Tom graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Drawing upon extensive expertise in mobile technology and services, Anand leads our digital efforts, expanding our proven technology across multiple new channels. Prior to joining our team, Anand was CEO and Co-Founder of eXtendMobility, a mobile marketing technology company. He has also held management positions at Azuki Systems, GetConnected, Inc, and Nokia Research. Anand holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Chicago.
